About The Owner
Will Hardy is an entrepreneur, craftsman, filmmaker, and Kentucky native who knows what it means to build from the ground up—literally and figuratively. From restoring historic buildings to launching businesses such as Bardstown Emporium, The Trail Hotel, and Liam Ash Cocktail Emporium, Will’s work is rooted in honoring heritage, creating connection, and building things meant to last.
You may recognize Will and his wife Alicia from Magnolia Network’s In With the Old, where his passion for restoration meets a deep respect for craft, place, and story. But his work extends far beyond blueprints and business plans.
Will is also a filmmaker and producer of the upcoming feature film “Hershey,” set to debut in 2026, a project driven by his desire to tell stories that inspire hope and purpose. As the host of the Enter Up podcast, Will creates space for honest conversations about faith, family, leadership, and the inner work required to become who you’re called to be.
Whether restoring a building, launching a brand, telling a story, or speaking to an audience, Will Hardy is committed to one thing: building with intention and reminding others that their story is not over—and the best parts are still being written.

Executive Bourbon Steward
Nikki King is a hospitality professional, military spouse, and cocktail curator whose career is rooted in experience, storytelling, and Southern influence. Originally from North Carolina, she brings a deep appreciation for Southern flavors and hospitality traditions to every drink she creates.
Her career includes time at the iconic The Olde Pink House in Savannah, Georgia, where elevated Southern cuisine and historic hospitality helped shape her approach to experiential dining. In recent years, Nikki has partnered with distilleries to create cocktails designed for intentional food pairings and immersive guest experiences. She is an Executive Bourbon Steward with extensive experience in bourbon education, tasting design, and experiential programming.
Nikki’s cocktail style honors the history of classic cocktails while reimagining them through house-made infusions, shrubs, and oleos. With a strong commitment to sustainability, she embraces a zero-waste philosophy—using every part of an ingredient and often allowing one cocktail’s components to inspire the next.
At Liam Ash, Nikki blends bourbon knowledge, Southern heritage, and thoughtful hospitality to create experiences that invite guests to slow down, savor, and connect—one well-crafted drink at a time.
